Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present dishes with creativity and precision, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
  • Lead and manage kitchen teams, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Innovate and contribute to menu development with new ideas and techniques
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, organization, and compliance with food safety standards

Candidates should have experience in Indian concept restaurants, demonstrate a passion for food innovation and presentation, and be strong team players with leadership abilities. Immediate availability and local presence in the UAE are preferred.
