The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai is expanding its team and is seeking passionate and experienced hospitality professionals for several positions. Current openings include Spa Therapist, Security Officer, and Waiter roles.

Candidates who are already based in Dubai and have relevant hotel or hospitality experience are preferred. The successful applicants should demonstrate professionalism, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and friendly service to hotel guests.

• Perform duties according to the requirements of the assigned position.

• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, safety, and service quality.

• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and workplace standards.

• Work effectively with other departments and team members.

• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude at all times.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.

• Candidates currently based in Dubai are preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment.

• Position-specific qualifications or experience may be required for Spa Therapist, Security Officer, and Waiter roles.
