We are looking for an experienced Company Secretary (CS) or Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA with a minimum of 5 years of proficiency in corporate services. As a specialist, you will play a crucial role in our organization's. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a consulting company for corporate services.
• Strong knowledge of corporate laws, offshore, LLC-related incorporations, and related matters.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in drafting legal documents, including Company resolutions, Power of Attorney (POA), Agreements, Memorandum, Articles, MOU, Sale/Purchase Term sheets, and generating quotations/offers.
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in this field.
• Membership in ICSI (India) or ICAI (India), or ICSA (UK) or ACCA.
• Intelligent with remarkable English communication skills.
