Description:
Human Resources Department seeks an incumbent for the position of Senior Organizational Development and Workforce Planning Specialist . He/she will be responsible for leading and executing Organizational Development and Workforce Planning initiatives. This includes overseeing the maintenance of workforce data, leading the gathering and analysis of headcount data, and preparing strategic workforce reports to ensure accurate planning, informed decision-making, and alignment with federal law, internal policies, and the University’s Strategic objectives.
The Responsibilities
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives by designing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies that support the University's strategic vision
- Administer and enhance the performance management framework including the relevant process and reporting.
- Develop and execute workforce planning strategies using predictive analytics and scenario modelling to anticipate future talent needs and organizational requirements.
- Champion organizational design projects including restructuring initiatives, role optimization, and competency framework development.
- Designs and develops compensation systems and programs supportive of university goals and operations
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions with senior leadership to align organizational capabilities with business objectives.
- Conduct sophisticated workforce analytics using statistical modelling, trend analysis, and predictive forecasting to inform strategic decision-making.
- Design and implement workforce dashboards and reporting systems that provide real-time insights into organizational health metrics.
- Perform complex data analysis on employee engagement, retention patterns, succession planning effectiveness, and organizational performance indicators.
- Manage integrated HRIS systems and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms and databases.
- Forms and leads work teams to implement various HR initiatives as needed. Provides direction and on-going support and mentoring for team members.
- Perform ad-hoc activities related to the job duties, as requested by the Direct Supervisor.
