Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen

- Proven culinary knowledge and skills

- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure

- Knowledge of HACCP food safety and sanitation regulations
