Specialist Gynecologist

Description:

The Specialist/Consultant Gynecologist will provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynaecology care, including consultation, diagnosis, and management of reproductive health conditions for patients in an on-site setting in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outpatient clinics, performing gynecologic examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing individualized treatment plans in line with current clinical guidelines. The role involves managing antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care; performing gynecologic surgeries and procedures; and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, coordinated care. The Specialist Gynecologist will maintain accurate medical records, participate in clinical audits and quality initiatives, provide patient education, and adhere to regulatory and infection control standards. This position is full-time and requires active participation in on-call duties as needed by the medical centre.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine, with demonstrated clinical expertise in Gynecology and Obstetrics.
• Proficiency in Gynaecologic Surgery and relevant Surgery techniques, including both elective and emergency procedures.
• Valid medical license to practice as a Specialist or Consultant Gynecologist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Recognised postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (e.g., Board Certification, Membership/Fellowship from an accredited body).
• Ability to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care, including thorough assessment, counseling, and shared decision-making.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ethical practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to clinical governance and quality standards.
• Experience in managing high-risk pregnancies and complex gynecologic cases is highly desirable.
• Experience in infertility cases are highly desirable.
• Proficient spoken and written English is the condition.
• Patient data is the condition.
• Renumeration is based on revenue-share, with the proper candidate the renumeration will be very generous.
