We are seeking a highly consultative and experienced Sponsorship Sales professional to join the Dubai office of our Global B2B Media & Events Client. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious large-scale B2B conference & events business, where you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue through sponsorship sales. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sponsorship and exhibition sales targets.
- Identify and engage with potential sponsors, presenting tailored proposals that align with their objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, conference production and events teams to ensure seamless delivery of sponsor commitments.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, including pipeline and revenue forecasts.
- Continually grow your network to become a recognised expert in the industry.
Your Experience
- Proven experience in sponsorship sales, preferably within the B2B conference or events industry. We can consider applicants with a minimum of 2 years of direct experience.
- Strong consultative sales approach with a track record of growing accounts and securing high-value sponsorships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced b2b events environment.
