Description:
As Sr Front end Developer you should be proficient in Java script technologies – Java script, ReactJS, JQuery and also front end experience using HTML5, CSS 3. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components using React.js workflows (such as Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall applications are robust and easy to maintain. You need to do code review for other front end developers, define front end guidelines & best practices for front end track and coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the application. Your job scope includes;
- Developing application interface codes using JavaScript following React.js.
- Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code on front end tech stack.
- Building platform reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Define front end guidelines & best practices for front end track in the team.
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web capable devices and browsers
- Commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.
- Code reviews of other front end developers in team.
- Coordinate with Business Analyst, Product owners and the rest of the dev team working on different layers of the application.
To be considered for this role, you need to have;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
- React JS Certification
- Overall experience of 7 to 11 years of as Frontend developer with 3+ experience working with ReactJS.
- Should have experience on Agile development methodology
- A rock-solid understanding of the core JavaScript language, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience working on accessibility is a plus
- Should have basic understanding on MV*/MVC framework
- Understanding of React, including effective JSX, Virtual DOM, Stateless & Stateful Components
- Should know the React component lifecycle, including optimizations
- Good to have understanding of Functional Components (preferably with Hooks)
- Good understanding of state management via at least one of Redux, Context API or MobX
- Should know to compose reusable components and Forms in React
- Component compositions (Higher order components)
- Should be able to write test cases (preferably using Jest with React Testing Library or Enzyme)
- Understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
- Basic understanding of Static Site Generation (SSG)
- Basic understanding of Node.js and NPM scripts
