Kanz Jewels, a well-known name in the jewellery and retail industry, is actively seeking an experienced Sr. HR Executive to join their HR team in Dubai. This is a full-time role offering a structured environment for HR professionals looking to expand their career within a dynamic retail business.

The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with a comprehensive understanding of UAE labour law, visa processing, and HR operations. A proven track record of managing full-cycle HR and administrative functions is essential.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years of UAE-specific experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Hindi
• Must hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Demonstrated ability in overseeing all aspects of HR and administrative functions
• Sound understanding of UAE labour laws, visa procedures, and employee management regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience working with HR systems and managing the full employee lifecycle
