Steel Designer

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Steel Designer with strong UAE experience to join our growing steel construction team. This role is ideal for professionals with solid expertise in steel structures design, analysis, and detailed engineering drawings within construction and fabrication environments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering precise structural designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and collaborating closely with engineering and site teams to support successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Prepare accurate steel structure designs along with detailed calculations

• Develop shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings with high precision

• Perform structural design and analysis of steel components and systems

• Coordinate effectively with engineering, production, and site execution teams

• Ensure all designs comply with UAE regulations and international engineering standards

• Work on project deliverables while meeting deadlines and quality requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in steel design and engineering projects

• Strong knowledge of steel structural design principles and analysis techniques

• Proficiency in software including SAP2000, ETABS, and IDEA StatiCa

• Ability to interpret project requirements and translate them into technical drawings

• Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills
