This is a full-time, on-site position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination and cleanliness of all kitchen and service areas within the facility.

As a Stewarding Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily stewarding operations, managing the stewarding staff, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with health and safety regulations, and ensuring that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. The role requires a hands-on approach with strong leadership and operational knowledge in food and beverage service environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate stewarding team to ensure effective kitchen support

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen and service areas at all times

• Ensure all dishwashing and cleaning equipment is operating efficiently

• Conduct regular checks to verify adherence to safety and sanitation regulations

• Work closely with chefs, food service teams, and facility managers to maintain seamless operations

• Manage stewarding schedules and allocate responsibilities efficiently

• Train new staff on hygiene protocols, cleaning techniques, and operational procedures

• Report any equipment faults or safety concerns promptly to maintenance

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a stewarding supervisory role, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry

• Strong understanding of food preparation and service operations

• Proven supervisory and communication skills

• Excellent time management, planning, and leadership abilities

• Capable of working in a fast-paced and demanding environment

• Must be currently residing in the UAE
