Yaqoot Jewellery is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead both wholesale and retail operations across the UAE. This role suits a hands-on retail professional who can drive sales, manage teams, and maintain high standards of customer service in a luxury jewellery environment.

Requirements:
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience managing wholesale and retail operations — jewellery or luxury retail background preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate sales teams.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and customer-service abilities.
• Experience meeting sales targets, managing staff performance, and maintaining monthly/seasonal sales reporting.
• Inventory and stock-control experience with attention to shrinkage prevention and merchandising standards.
• Filipino (Tagalog-speaking) candidates are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations for both retail and wholesale channels, ensuring smooth store functioning and exceptional client experiences.
• Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management for store staff.
• Plan and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and expand the customer base.
• Maintain accurate stock records, manage replenishment cycles, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Ensure store presentation, merchandising, and customer service meet brand standards.
