🔹 What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Ensure an exceptional in-store customer journey
Manage store operations, merchandising, and visual displays
Drive staff training, coaching, and performance management
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Store Manager in retail (fashion background is a plus)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Passion for fashion and customer engagement
Willing to relocate to Al Ain / Abu Dhabi
