Description:
We are currently hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join a well-established Aesthetic Clinic based in Al Ain. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in the aesthetic or medical healthcare sector who are skilled in managing medical consumables, aesthetic products, and clinic equipment while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store aesthetic and medical supplies including dermal fillers, injectables, skincare products, and consumables
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine stock checks
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and batch numbers in line with healthcare compliance requirements
- Coordinate with procurement teams and clinic management to ensure continuous supply availability
- Issue items based on approved requests and maintain proper documentation
- Ensure appropriate storage conditions including temperature control, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Manage returned, damaged, or expired items according to clinic policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-managed storage area at all times
Requirements
- Prior experience working as a Storekeeper in a medical, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic products, medical consumables, and inventory control procedures
- Familiarity with DOH regulations related to medical storage and documentation
- Experience using inventory systems or ERP software is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel and email usage
- Must be currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Al Ain
- Immediate availability is preferred
