Storekeeper

Description:

A leading organization in the construction and MEP sector is currently looking to hire experienced Storekeepers to join their operations team in Abu Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills and hands-on experience in inventory handling within fast-paced project environments.

The selected candidates will be responsible for managing material flow, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring efficient storage operations at the site or warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders and delivery notes

• Inspect goods for quality and quantity before recording them in the system

• Organize and store materials in designated areas to ensure easy access and safety

• Issue materials to site teams based on approved requests

• Maintain accurate stock records, logs, and inventory reports

• Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and organization of the store area

• Coordinate effectively with procurement teams and site staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Storekeeper, preferably within construction or MEP projects

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and stock control processes

• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and ERP systems

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
