Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Supervisor/Foreman specializing in Interiors and Fit-out. The Supervisor/Foreman will oversee construction activities and interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Responsibilities include organizing day-to-day tasks, managing workers and subcontractors, maintaining safety standards at the site, interpreting drawings and specifications, coordinating with project managers and clients, and resolving on-site challenges to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a construction supervisor or foreman at least 3-5 years in UAE market.
• Strong project management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and managing multiple tasks
• Hands-on experience in supervising site workers, subcontractors, and ensuring proper material usage
• Comprehensive knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and techniques
• Commitment to upholding health, safety, and compliance standards at project sites
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in handling on-site challenges
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to liaise with clients, designers, and project managers
• Ability to deliver under tight deadlines while ensuring attention to detail and quality
• Previous experience in interior fit-out, construction, or a related field
• Good physical condition 
• Relevant certifications or technical training in construction or interior fit-out management.
• Valid UAE driving license (availability of own car will be an advantage)
