We’re hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Sales / Supply Chain Coordinator to join a fast-paced trading company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and customers—keeping every order on track from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate effectively with sales, logistics, and clients to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Prepare, review, and manage shipping and export documentation accurately.
• Track order progress, monitor delivery timelines, and resolve any post-sales issues.
• Support the sales team with data entry, reports, and regular follow-ups.
• Maintain clear communication between departments to avoid operational delays.

Requirements:

• 2–6 years of experience in the chemical, petrochemical, trading, or logistics sectors.
• Solid understanding of export-import documentation and trade procedures.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Must be currently based in the UAE or ready to join at short notice.
