Supply Chain Coordinator

Description:

Gutmann is currently hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join its team in Dubai. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics operations, effective coordination between departments, and timely support to both internal teams and clients.

This position focuses on maintaining efficient supply chain processes, improving material flow, and supporting after-sales service standards. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support logistics operations in full compliance with company policies and procedures

• Provide accurate ETAs and timely updates to clients and internal teams

• Coordinate with procurement and other departments to meet project requirements

• Maintain and update logistics data within the ERP system

• Ensure smooth and efficient logistics services aligned with project timelines

• Enhance after-sales customer satisfaction and service quality

• Identify and implement improvements in logistics tools and warehouse processes

• Follow up on internal services such as crimping, coating, bending, and deliveries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent

• 3–4 years of experience in a similar supply chain or coordination role

• Strong exposure to material coordination and logistics operations

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Strong communication skills in English

• Knowledge of CRM and SAP ERP systems will be an advantage

Strong knowledge of:

• Supply chain and logistics coordination processes

• ERP systems (SAP preferred)

• Material tracking and warehouse operations

• Client communication and service coordination
