Description:
A fast-growing organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled and proactive Procurement & Supply Chain Officer to enhance vendor relationships, streamline procurement processes, and ensure operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and negotiation skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement cycles from sourcing through to contract management
• Ensure timely and cost-effective availability of goods and services
• Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and ensure compliance with organizational policies
• Support overall business objectives through efficient and effective supply chain operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to UAE or GCC markets
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
