Role: Support Engineer (AI Platforms & Services)
As the first point of contact for technical support, you’ll ensure service reliability and operational continuity for government entities using AI-powered platforms, models, APIs, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide Level-1 technical support for AI platforms, tools, models, APIs, and integrations
✅ Own end-to-end support journey: intake, triage, resolution, escalation
✅ Monitor service health and manage SLAs
✅ Document troubleshooting guides and FAQs
✅ Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
Required Skills:
✔ Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and DevOps
✔ Experience with REST APIs, authentication, and error handling
✔ Familiarity with AI service patterns (RAG pipelines, model APIs)
✔ Knowledge of enterprise integrations (Microsoft ecosystem, ERP systems)
✔ Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Experience:
5–7 years in technical support, platform operations, or cloud support roles. Exposure to AI platforms or government environments is a plus.
