Sushi Chef De Partie

Description:

As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible in taking care of the daily food preparations and duties assigned, to meet the set standards of the Kitchen. Qualities of being proactive, creative and result driven is highly required for the role.

Qualifications:

• Specialized in Sushi making and hands on experience from High end Japanese restaurant
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• At least four year in a five star international chain hotel/restaurant
• At least one year in an international five star hotel/ restaurant in similar position
• Sound knowledge about all kinds of cooking techniques and methods
