System Analyst

What You Will Be Doing

• Responsible for analyzing & publishing relevant information
• Automation and maintenance of regular tasks using various BI & Scripting tools/software
• Ensure relevant and error-free delivery of various management reports within the stipulated timelines
• Support Management’s vision, by leading the development, implementation, revision and maintenance if various reports and business dashboards
• Improve workflow and operation efficiency and ensure regular updates and consistent application whilst leading the development of internal review procedures with the objective of monitoring service delivery and maintaining strong process controls to achieve desired quality in all aspects of operation

What You Should Have

• Experience in continuously monitoring system performance to ensure optimum levels are maintained
• Experience in highlighting discrepancies noted in the systems to the Senior Management and follow up for immediate resolution
• Experience in achieving business goals by establishing priorities, actions, milestones and constraints in a logical sequence and checking progress against these plans and taking corrective action as required
• Ability to understand complex issues and their implications by logical thinking and provide solutions on the basis of limited information

What We Are Looking For

• Must have strong knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, Crystal Reports, SAP Business Objects and SQL/PLSQL
• Must have strong analytical skills with the ability to execute multiple work simultaneously while maintaining keen attention to detail and complete work with extremely high level of accuracy
• Must have strong communication and visualization skills
• Sound knowledge of Corporate Baking functionalities will be preferred
• Must have capable to guide business in identifying MI needs and requirements
• Must have strong oral and written communication
