Description:

Vincitore Realty is looking for a proactive and hands-on Talent Acquisition Executive to join their growing team in Dubai.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
– Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, and other portals
– Conduct initial interviews for junior-level roles
– Build strong pipelines through headhunting and networking
– Screen and shortlist CVs as per job requirements

🔹 Requirements:
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
✔ Familiar with platforms like Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, etc.
✔ End-to-end recruitment experience
✔ Based in Dubai and available to join immediately
✔ Experience from home country is also considered
