OVG Hospitality is looking for a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to join its HR team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for an HR professional with experience in recruitment and employee onboarding, preferably within the hospitality industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating onboarding activities, and ensuring a positive experience for new employees. Candidates who are currently based in the UAE, available for face-to-face interviews, and able to join immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to successful hiring.

• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

• Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements.

• Maintain recruitment records and support HR operations as required.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of UAE recruitment experience.

• Previous hospitality industry experience is preferred.

• Strong onboarding and employee coordination skills.

• UAE-based candidates available for face-to-face interviews are preferred.

• Immediate availability to join is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • Talent acquisition and recruitment processes.

    • Employee onboarding and HR best practices.

    • Communication, coordination, and stakeholder management.
