Riva Maison is looking for a driven and people-focused Real Estate Talent Acquisition Partner to support the growth of its sales force. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding experienced real estate agents with Dubai market exposure. Your work will play a direct role in revenue generation and the company’s expansion, as the agents you bring on board become the foundation of the sales team.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident engaging with agents, thrives in a target-driven environment, and follows a structured recruitment process while working independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source qualified real estate agents using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networking.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate experience, communication skills, and sales potential.
  • Coordinate and manage interview schedules while maintaining an organised recruitment pipeline.
  • Clearly explain Riva Maison’s commission structure, value proposition, and growth opportunities to candidates.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of agents into the business.
  • Track hiring metrics, conversion ratios, and weekly recruitment performance.
  • Meet and exceed monthly hiring and activation targets.
  • Work closely with leadership to support the company’s transition from early-stage growth to scale-up phase.

Requirements – Must Have

  • Proven recruitment experience, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Experience managing volume hiring and consistent candidate follow-ups.
  • KPI-focused mindset with strong organisational and workflow management skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely within a structured weekly framework.
  • Understanding of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience recruiting off-plan or secondary market agents.
  • Background in talent acquisition or HR functions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or recruitment pipeline tracking tools.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly salary between AED 3,500 and 4,500.
  • Bonus of AED 800 – 1,200 for every agent successfully onboarded.
  • Override commission of 5% – 7% on deals closed by agents you hire.
