Axiom is looking for an ambitious Recruiter who wants to go beyond simply filling vacancies. You’ll work closely with business leaders, influence key hiring decisions, and attract exceptional talent across technology, product, and corporate functions.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening through to offers and onboarding.
• Build strong talent pipelines across technology, product and business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their teams and recruitment priorities.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience and represent the company professionally.
• Support employer branding and use recruitment data to improve hiring as the business scales.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience within a major international company, big tech or high-growth business would be a strong plus.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate management skills.
• Confident building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Based in or able to work in Abu Dhabi.
