Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description:

We are seeking an experienced, full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring candidates for vacant positions in Oil & Gas Quality Inspection and Expediting.

This role will be located on-site in Dubai, UAE.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, business administration or a related field
• 3 plus years of experience in recruitment, sourcing or related HR field, with a strong proficiency in English language
• Negotiate job offersand coordinate the hiring process, including background checks and on boarding
• Excellent organizational, time management and problem solving skills
• Experience in recruiting for quality inspection
• Highly proficient in MS office suite and various job portals
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of applicable HR laws and regulations
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity
• A positive attitude and collaborative approach to work
