Talent Acquisition Specialist

 

Description:

Marrfa is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in Dubai’s real estate sector. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of relevant recruiting experience in the UAE real estate market. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Sourcing:

  • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for real estate positions.

Candidate Screening & Evaluation:

  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone/virtual screenings, and schedule in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate and administer relevant assessments to gauge candidates’ suitability.

Interview Coordination:

  • Arrange and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide clear feedback and recommendations on shortlisted candidates.

Onboarding & Documentation:

  • Collaborate with HR Manager to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including visa processing, background checks, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Assist in preparing and managing employment offer letters/contracts and related documents as approved by the HR Manager.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source-of-hire, etc.).
  • Stay updated on relevant labor laws, ensuring all recruitment activities adhere to local regulations.

Employer Branding:

  • Collaborate with marketing and HR to promote Marrfa as an employer of choice
  • Represent the company at relevant events and job fairs.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • British (as per hiring requirements).
  • Minimum of 1 year in a recruitment or talent acquisition role within the Dubai real estate market.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and real estate industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), Microsoft Office, and online recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Confident networker with exceptional negotiation skills.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
