Description:

Dr Scent UAE is actively hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and manage full-cycle recruitment across its operations. Based in Sharjah, this role is integral to identifying and acquiring top talent while ensuring seamless recruitment processes and compliance with UAE labor regulations. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in the construction or ready-mix industries, along with a proven track record in candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Identify, attract, and engage suitable candidates using job boards, databases, and social media.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.

  • Ensure a streamlined and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

  • Handle all visa documentation and processing activities in coordination with PROs and relevant authorities.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate regular recruitment status reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience within the UAE.

  • Strong familiarity with UAE Labour Law and employment regulations.

  • Preferred background in the ready-mix or construction industry.

  • Excellent interpersonal, sourcing, and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
