Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse and qualified candidates across various roles.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.

• Develop effective recruitment campaigns that reflect the brand's voice and attract top talent.

• Foster strong candidate relationships and deliver a seamless hiring experience.

• Ensure alignment between recruitment strategies and the company’s long-term goals and culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within fashion, retail, or creative industries.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• A strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate hiring needs and build proactive sourcing plans.

• Passion for branding, culture-building, and identifying cultural fits.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
