As a Recruiter at InvesQ, you’ll play a key role in building our talent pipeline and driving growth by connecting the right people with the right opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:

✅ Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across multiple industries.

✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles – from job postings to onboarding.

✅ Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.

✅ Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

✅ Maintain and update recruitment reports and metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

✨ Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).

✨ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✨ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

✨ Knowledge of UAE labor market is a plus.
