Talent Acquisition Specialist

Description:

A leading organization in the UAE is looking for a skilled and experienced Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle while ensuring smooth and efficient hiring operations across multiple GCC regions. Immediate joiners who are currently based in the UAE are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire recruitment process across GCC countries, including UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
• Anticipate future hiring needs and create effective workforce plans.
• Develop comprehensive job descriptions and implement strategic recruitment campaigns.
• Source qualified candidates through various online and offline channels.
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with potential hires.
• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates during the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill departmental talent needs.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment, either in-house or with an agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the GCC job market and recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
