Gardinia Contracting is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their HR team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction industry recruitment and a proven ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes. This role requires strong stakeholder management, strategic sourcing skills, and expertise in both local and overseas talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for engineering, MEP, and site-based positions.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and HR teams to align workforce planning with project requirements.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract and retain top industry talent.
• Ensure timely recruitment closures while maintaining high standards of candidate quality.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements:
• 5–10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and international recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment priorities simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
