Description:
Aylesford Middle East invites applications for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the considered growth of our boutique real estate firm. This role is suited to a professional who combines strong recruitment expertise with visibility, presence, and confidence in representing the brand across modern platforms.
Reporting Line: Reports to the General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales and corporate appointments
• Identify, assess, and engage high-calibre talent through targeted sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain a refined talent pipeline aligned with the company’s growth vision
• Coordinate interviews and offers in close collaboration with senior management
• Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience
• Contribute to company growth by maintaining a visible, credible presence on social media, promoting the employer brand and attracting top talent
• Support content visibility related to hiring, culture, and team growth in coordination with management
Requirements:
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (real estate exposure preferred)
• Strong judgment, stakeholder management, and interviewing capabilities
• Excellent understanding of social media and personal branding, with confidence in representing the company publicly
• Excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
• Sound understanding of the UAE talent market and recruitment platforms
