Al Ain Forestry & Landscaping Services is currently looking to hire a dedicated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen their HR team in Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Identify and attract suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, and internal databases
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews to shortlist qualified applicants
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure efficient and effective hiring decisions
• Prepare, post, and manage job advertisements across various platforms
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and generate hiring reports
• Assist with Emiratization programs and coordinate with relevant government platforms
• Ensure candidates have a smooth and professional experience throughout the hiring journey
• Collaborate with different departments to support workforce planning and hiring needs
