Description:
We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2–3 years of recruitment experience to support our hiring needs in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong candidate pipelines, and attracting top talent, preferably within the real estate sector
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct headhunting
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring need
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate records in the ATS or recruitment database
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability, particularly within the real estate sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the U
- AE.Real estate industry experience is highly preferred
- Strong experience in sourcing through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet recruitment deadlines
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools is an advantage
