Description:

Dune is adding consultants and analysts in Dubai as more Gulf clients plan their U.S. sales, and each of those hires has to be found, interviewed and signed. The Talent Acquisition Specialist owns that process for the UAE team, from the job brief to the accepted offer.
Interviews mix the team in Dubai with our partners in Las Vegas, who are about half a day behind, so a good part of the job is fitting both calendars into one week. Full-time and remote from anywhere in the UAE.

Dune Strategy is a management consulting firm in Las Vegas. It helps companies enter the U.S. market and new regions, and works with owners and executives on strategy, growth, organization, governance and transactions.
What the work looks like:

• Agree each role's brief and hiring plan with the partners
• Write and post job ads on LinkedIn and job boards, and run the applicant tracking system
• Screen applications and hold first interviews by video
• Schedule interview rounds across Dubai and Las Vegas time zones
• Prepare offers with the HR Executive and keep candidates informed until they sign
• Report each month on time to hire and where hires came from



 

Skills & experience:

- 1+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, in-house or at an agency
- Experience with an applicant tracking system such as Workable, Greenhouse or Zoho Recruit
- A bachelor's degree

Not required, but useful:

- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Hiring for consulting, finance or sales roles
- Experience working with managers in another time zone
