We are seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist with proven recruitment experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be skilled in identifying and engaging top talent, particularly for sales-driven and corporate roles, and will play a vital role in ensuring PSI attracts high-performing individuals aligned with our culture and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and schedule interviews.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position PSI as a top employer in the UAE.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment reports.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE (agency or in-house).
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
- Arabic or European speaker (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with UAE labor law and recruitment practices is an advantage.
