Tax Lawyer

Description:

Aventus is currently working with a highly reputable family office. They are currently looking for a Lawyer specializing in UK tax to be based in their head office here in the UAE.

Requirements:

• Ideally, has experience advising and working in a family office
• 6-10 years PQE
• Must have experience working with UK and UAE taxation laws
• Should be knowledgeable in laws corresponding with residency, property, probate, and taxes such as IHT, CGT, and IT
• Thorough understanding of various types of trusts, such as their formation, structure, and compliance
• Certification in Trusts Law is an advantage but not a must
