We’re Hiring: Teacher Assistants – Little Founders Nursery, Al Mamoura, Abu Dhabi 🌟

 

Little Founders Nursery is expanding our loving and professional team! We are currently hiring Teacher Assistant roles, based on different age groups. If you’re passionate about early childhood care and education, we would love to hear from you!

 

Teacher Assistant (Infants – 45 Days to 1 Year Old)

 

Requirements:

CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 OR Early Childhood Development Certificate (MOFA attested)

Experience with infants highly preferred

Warm, nurturing, and attentive personality

Strong communication and teamwork skills

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Assist in caring for babies aged 45 days to 1 year

Support with feeding, diapering, napping, and daily routines

Help maintain a clean, safe, and calming environment

Participate in sensory and developmentally appropriate activities

 

Teacher Assistant (Toddlers – 1 Year to 4 Years Old)

 

Requirements:

 

*CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 OR Early Childhood Development Certificate (MOFA attested)

*Experience with young children in a nursery or early years setting preferred

*Energetic, creative, and patient with a love for children

*Able to support play-based learning and daily routines

*Must be patient, love handling children, and always prioritize their well-being

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

*Assist lead teachers in managing toddlers aged 1 to 4 years

*Engage in play, learning activities, and circle time

*Help with hygiene routines and meal times

*Support with feeding, diapering, napping, and daily routines

*Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment
