We are Hiring Team Leader – Immigration Consulting

RedKnot Consultants LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to lead, mentor, and drive the performance of our growing immigration team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, proven sales conversion skills, and in-depth knowledge of immigration processes, particularly EU work permit programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for inspiring their team to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Immigration Consultants to achieve individual and collective monthly targets.
• Monitor daily leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and handle second-level client calls when necessary.
• Develop strategies to convert potential leads into successful clients.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training, feedback, and motivation to improve outcomes.
• Ensure all client records are accurate and updated in line with company standards.
• Track and analyze conversion rates and team performance metrics to report directly to management.
• Resolve client escalations professionally and ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure lead quality and client satisfaction.
• Uphold company policies, compliance requirements, and ethical standards at all times.

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in immigration consulting.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the UAE.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales/revenue targets.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills with the ability to motivate diverse team members.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client files efficiently.
• High professionalism, integrity, and client-service orientation.
• Experience with EU work permit processes is a significant advantage.
