Hiring Team Leader ELV & ICT

Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate assigned engineering work and ensure effective communication and coordination among the team.
- Meet with the Manager/Engineers to agree on mobilization and coordination activities: weekly meetings, on-site offices, storage area, communication, personal protective equipment
- Allocate technicians and sites to the assigned Supervisors/Technicians.
- Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely availability of necessary material.
- Assist in the development of project schedules and manpower requirements and ensure execution as per the schedule
- Perform project engineering duties on small to medium sized projects including ELV coordination
- Recognize critical design issues and resolve them on time by making necessary design changes and obtaining required approvals
- Perform scheduled maintenance and preventative repairs on all ELV systems.
- Time management and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Follow up with all sub-contractor and inspect their PPM activates.
- Reports to the in-charge Manager if any anomaly has been happened or observed to take immediate action.
- Strong interpersonal Skills with team members.
- Able to foster good relations with colleagues and be a good team player
Requirements:
- Either more than five years as an ELV technician or at least two years of experience as a team leader in the same field
- Excellent knowledge in ICT and ELV system.
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Engineering-related bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent
- Knowledge of Control4, Crestron, KNX, Lutron, Dynalite, and Savant programming is advantageous.
