Description:
Hiba Pharma is seeking an experienced Tech Transfer Manager to lead end-to-end tech transfer .
Requirements
1️⃣ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field
2️⃣ 8 -10 years in pharma manufacturing/technical services with proven tech transfer leadership (sterile/oncology preferred)
3️⃣ UAE pharma manufacturing experience (mandatory); familiarity with local regulatory interfaces (ex. MOHAP/DOH ..)
4️⃣ Hands-on process scale-up, validation/PPQ, analytical method transfer, and regulatory support/filings
5️⃣ Strong knowledge of GMP, ICH Q8/Q9/Q10, and data integrity; excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration (R&D, QA/QC, Production, Engineering)
