We are seeking a Technical Advisor / CTO (Co‑Founder Track) to architect and lead Zr3i’s digital backbone. This role will focus on AI adoption and automation to enable the vast release of our services across farms, buyers, and registries.

⚠️ Important Note: This is an equity‑based role, not payroll. We are building a co‑founder circle where contributions are rewarded through ownership and long‑term value creation, not short‑term salary.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
- AI‑Driven MRV: Integrate NDVI, satellite imagery, and sensor data into AI pipelines for automated carbon measurement, reporting, and verification (aligned with Verra/Gold Standard).
- Platform Development: Design and oversee Zr3i’s MVP — dashboards for farmers, APIs for buyers, and secure data pipelines for registries.
- Scalability & Automation: Deploy AI models to handle large datasets, automate credit issuance, and streamline buyer engagement.
- Innovation Leadership: Co‑author technical white papers, represent Zr3i at accelerators and climate‑tech forums, and signal platform credibility to investors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Carbon Finance Advisor to align technical outputs with buyer‑side strategy.
