Technical Business Analyst

What You’ll Do:
• Analyze customer requirements to design impactful conversational AI experiences
• Define integration strategies across enterprise systems
• Work closely with Engineering teams to implement seamless AI-powered solutions
• Lead documentation efforts, including BRD, FSD, HLD/LLD, and other project documents
• Manage project plans, timelines, and ensure delivery quality

What You’ll Bring:
• Strong fundamentals in Business Analysis and Project Management
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured, scalable designs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
