Responsibilities
• Understand Customer requirement design solution to Implement ManageEngine ITOM Products such as OpManager Plus, APM, NCM, NetFlow, End Point Central, etc
• Post Implementation Support to the ManageEngine ITOM Products
• Understand Customer Infrastructure and design Low Level Diagram as per project requirement.
• Product Remote / On Site support to the clients
• Provide consultancy to the customers to configure monitoring pre-requisites on network devices / servers such as SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, etc
• Guide customer for the best practise of patch management deployment cycle
• Prepare and maintain all technical documents and collaborate with clients and IT department to provide support to all issues.
• Create & Maintain Technical Knowledge Base – Periodicals, Books, Database, S/W Updates, Patches, and bug/Hot fixes
• Escalate issues to vendors and/or internally for the successfully project delivery
Qualifications:
• Graduate in Computer Science/ B. Tech or BE
• Certifications in Network such as CCNA, CCNP or similar
• Certifications in Active Directory & Microsoft Windows such as MCSE or similar
• ManageEngine certification will be an added advantage
• ITIL certification will be an added advantage
