Technical Developer

 

Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Oracle Technical Developers to join our team!

You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Oracle applications to meet business needs. You’ll collaborate closely with functional teams and bring strong technical expertise to drive impactful solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Forms,

Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions (RICE).

• Develop and customize PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, and

functions.

• Create and maintain Oracle Discoverer reports, Oracle Workflow, and OA

Framework extensions.

2. Integration & Data Management

• Develop and manage integrations between Oracle ERP and other

enterprise applications using API, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and

Middleware tools.

• Support data migration, conversion, and reconciliation activities.

• Ensure data integrity and security across all Oracle environments.

3. System Support & Optimization

• Provide technical support for Oracle ERP modules such as Finance, HR,

SCM, Projects, Procurement and Inhouse applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle applications and custom

components.

• Perform performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries, reports, and

programs.

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and maintain technical design documents, user manuals, and

change logs.

• Adhere to coding standards, security protocols, and Oracle best practices.

• Support system upgrades and testing cycles (UAT, SIT).

5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with functional consultants and business users to translate

requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Recommend process improvements and system enhancements to increase

efficiency.

 

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related IT field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Applications with proven

technical skills
