We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dealer Management Systems (DMS), either in extension development or technical support. This role will involve providing expert support and technical assistance related to DMS, with a focus on optimizing and extending the functionality of the system for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, configure, and maintain Dealer Management Systems (DMS) for clients.
- Assist in the technical extension and customization of DMS platforms to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve DMS-related issues.
- Provide technical expertise to ensure smooth operation and integration of DMS across client environments.
- Maintain and document technical processes, workflows, and updates related to DMS support.
- Stay current with industry trends and updates to DMS technology and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS), either through technical extensions or direct support roles.
- Strong technical background, with the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues.
- Familiarity with integration of DMS with other systems or platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
