At Baz Setup, we design and execute unique spaces that blend luxury, technology, and creativity, and we’re looking for a Technical Joinery Detailer to join our team in Abu Dhabi — someone who will help craft the details that define our world-class projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Convert Concept Designs into accurate and executable Shop Drawings.
• Prepare complete Joinery and Assembly Details for manufacturing.
• Create precise and organized Cutting Lists for the technical team.
• Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Material Specifications for each project.
• Ensure all technical details align with Baz Setup’s quality and engineering standards.
• Coordinate with the design office, factory, and suppliers to resolve any technical or execution issues.
• Update and finalize drawings based on reviews and approved revisions.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Joinery Detailing / Furniture Manufacturing / Interior Fit-Out within the UAE.
• Proficient in the following software:
AutoCAD – 3ds Max – SketchUp – ArtCAM – Excel
(Knowledge of Revit or SolidWorks is an advantage.)
• Strong knowledge of woodworking and finishing materials: MDF, HPL, Veneer, PU Paint, Hardware & Fittings.
• Ability to prepare detailed BOQs and link them accurately with execution drawings.
• Skilled in analyzing 3D designs and translating them into clear technical drawings.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong time management.
