Technical Perfumer

Description:

In this role, you will work closely with our perfumers, evaluators, and technical teams to support fragrance development across multiple applications. The position requires a strong understanding of fragrance formulation, product performance, and the ability to translate creative ideas into technically robust fragrance solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative fragrance oils across fine fragrance, personal care, and home care applications.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Perform fragrance analysis using GC-MS techniques to study market samples and support the interpretation and reconstruction of fragrance formulas.

• Conduct GC-MS mass spectral searches and co-eluting component analysis, while maintaining and updating internal fragrance analysis databases.

• Support fragrance development and formulation across multiple applications

• Work closely with perfumers to translate creative briefs into technically stable formulations

• Evaluate fragrance performance in different bases and product systems

• Assist in the optimization and adaptation of fragrances for various markets and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with internal teams including R&D, production, and commercial departments

• Maintain accurate formulation documentation and technical records

Qualifications:

• Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field

• Experience in fragrance formulation or technical perfumery preferred

• Strong understanding of fragrance raw materials and formulation principles

• Knowledge of fragrance performance across different applications is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
